2. Definitions

• “Client” refers to any individual or entity that requests or purchases services from Permexa Cleaning Services.
• “Services” refers to residential, commercial, and green cleaning services provided by Permexa Cleaning Services.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Service Requests: All bookings must be made via our Website or by contacting us directly. When you request a service, you agree to provide accurate, complete information including address, contact details, and any special instructions.

3.2 Quotes: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. If you accept a quote after 30 days, we reserve the right to revise pricing based on current rates and requirements.

3.3 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Late payments beyond seven (7) days may incur a 5% late fee.

4. Service Terms

• 4.1 Access: You must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter due to locked doors or missing instructions, additional call-out fees may apply.
• 4.2 Preparation: Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area. We are not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.
• 4.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted service price.
• 4.4 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our Services, notify us within 24 hours and we will return at no extra charge to address concerns.

5. User Conduct

When using our Website or interacting with our staff, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Website or disrupt service operations.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when booking or communicating with us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Permexa Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service that gives rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland.
